• Our Q grader passed 22 tests to become certified over a 3 day period, she must recalibrate every 3 years to maintain her certification. Within the coffee industry it is similar to a very skilled wine sommelier.
Coffee Storage Suggestions
We take great pride in caring your coffee beans,
We suggest airless storage in a containter that holds 16 oz. of beans.
Ground beans oxodize faster than whole beans.
Store contained beans in a cool place, the refrigerator if you like.
Store unopened bags in a cool place, the refrigerator or freezer if you like.
